MONTIGEST AP TABLETS is a combination of Asthma preventive drugs Acebrophylline, Desloratadine and Montelukast. It alleviates symptoms of allergies such as runny nose, blocked nose, sneezing, watery eyes and feeling blocked. It also relaxes muscles in the airways, thus widening them and increasing the airflow. A medicine which helps to loosen and thin the mucus so that it is easier to cough up. Desloratadine is a type of medicine that is used to treat allergy symptoms including a runny nose and eyes that run, itching and sneezing. Montelukast is a drug that prevents the production of certain chemicals in the body. It prevents the body from responding to a chemical signal, known as leukotriene, that is released in the body. This will reduce swelling in your breathing passages and nose and make you feel better.

Uses Of Acebrophylline, Desloratadine and Montelukast Tablets

Acebrophylline, Desloratadine and Montelukast tablet contains 3 active ingredients: Acebrophylline (which helps open up the airways), Desloratadine (which helps clear up allergy symptoms), and Montelukast (which helps to reduce swelling in the airways). It is used to prevent and treat symptoms of asthma and long-term lung conditions, such as COPD. 

• Acebrophylline helps to relax muscles and opens up the airways in the lungs.
